Christopher Bayo Ojo SAN, FCIArb is Senior Partner at Bayo Ojo & Co. He has extensive experience in all aspects of International Law, Corporate and commercial Law, Litigation and International Commercial Arbitration. He also sits as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. He is the proprietor of the International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ICAMA) Abuja, Nigeria. He is the current President of the Africa Users’ Council of the LCIA and a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators and of the PCA. He is a former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice of Nigeria, a former member of the International Law Commission of the United Nations and Council member of the Section on Energy and Natural Resources Law of the International Bar Association.
